We will continue to take the necessary action as recommended by our governments to ensure the safety of everyone in our communities.

Our office hours may change, so please leave a voice message. • No pickups are allowed. • Our on-site services have been temporarily reduced to protect both you, our customer, and our personnel. – Call our toll-free number 1-800-561-5235 or local 905-336-7666. At the message menu, select option “3” to be directed to the Technician on Call. You may be required to leave a message. We will attempt to respond to messages within 2 hours.

FOR NON-EMERGENCY MATTERS

– Call our toll-free or local number. At the message menu, select Extension “223” to be directed to the Manager on Call. Select “7” to be forwarded to a mobile phone, where you can discuss your matter or leave a voice message. We will respond within 24 hours.
